Costa Blanca property for sale

The Costa Blanca stretches about 280 kilometres along the eastern coast of Spain and is probably one of the better known Costas. It runs from the Costa Calida in the south and finishes at Denia in the north. It's most famous resort is Benidorm. This area offers thousands of resale property and new off-plan developments, and is home to a large ex-pat community.

Benidorm

Benidorm is situated 45 km north east of Alicante and just south of Altea. Although Benidorm has many skyscraper along it's skyline it is really known for its beaches, parties and nightlife. It is surrounded by mountains of more than 1500 metres in height and therefore protected against cold weather and winds with minimum temperatures of only 19 degrees in winter.
