From Malaga westward, the costa stretches more than 100km until it reaches Cadiz province. Propertywise this area is heavily developed with many urbanizations and some spectacular properties around the Marbella and Puerto Banus area. It is home to Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella and is a favourite destination for tourists. The new A7 toll motorway makes the journey enjoyable and you can travel along this part of the Costa del Sol in less than an hour.

This is the less developed area of the Costa del Sol and is about 56km in length along the new A7 motorway. Its areas of interest include Nerja, Nerja Caves, Frigiliana (a typicla white spanish village) and Torre del Mar.
