Costa Calida Property
The Costa Calida is the coastline Aguilas, a few kilometres from Almeria province, to the El Mojon beach just before the Alicante province. The Murcian coastline has an excellent climate with over 300 sunshine days a year and averages about 17 degrees.
The Mar Menor
The mar menor or "Little Sea" as it is often called has a 170 km2 surface area and is Europe's largest salt water lagoon. It is separated from the Mediterranean by a stretch of land called La Manga ('the sleeve'), which is 24 kilometres in length. La Manga is also famous as a Leisure and Sports resort and is said to be Europe's finest and includes three world class golf courses. You can also use it tennis centre, enjoy watersports, swim in its numerous swimming pools, try out their restaurants and bars, or even try your luck at the casino, certainly an incredible holiday resort!
