Property on the Costa de AlmeriaThe Costa de Almeria is situated on the south east corner of Spain and stretches from Adra around Cabo de Gata and up to Mojacar. Its landscape and coast unspoilt and the natural park on the south east called Cabo de Gata / Nijar is spectacular. It is an arid desert landscape with very low annual rainfall. Sparsely populated, with only a few small white villages, it is the perfect place to get away from it all. Due to the desert landscape and similarity to America's Wild West, many spaghetti western's were filmed here. In Tabernas, you can visit Mini-Hollywood where may of these movies were made and can watch cowboy shows! |

On the west side of the Costa de Almeria you can find Roquetas de Mar, Aguadulce, Almerimar and Adra. Moving northwards up the Spanish east coast is Mojacar and Vera, both beautiful tourist villages. In Vera there are several golf courses and a naturist beaches with several new complexes are being constructed. |
