Madrid PropertySpain's capital city is located in the heart of the Iberian peninsula at more than 600 metres above sea level and has more than three million inhabitants. It is a cosmopolitan city, the country's financial centre, headquarters for Government, the Public Administration, Spanish Parliament and is home to the Royal Family. Madrid also has an important role in both banking and industrial sectors and most of its industry is located to the south fringe of the city, where its textile and metal working factories are situated.
Madrid is a very lively city, a city that never sleeps. At weekends, it is not unusual to see more people partying until about at 4 or 5am in the morning.
